We have an exciting remote opportunity for a Customer Identity & Access Management Product Manager The Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) team is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all 40,000 customer identities, access, authorization, user registration, company registration, and much more. The current CIAM solution, Universal Registration (UR) is the first stop and view the customer has when doing business with PW. The current solution is homegrown over 20 years ago and due for an enhancement / replacement. The CIAM team conducted a full analysis RFP in partnership with Deloitte in 2021 to determine the longevity of UR vs replacing and migrating to a new platform. The individual in this role will be the lead Technical Project Manager for the enhancement or roll-out of the new solution. This individual will work across many teams including real PW Customers, the Portal Owners, Cyber, Identity, Infrastructure, and Cloud Ops to get this tool up and running and in front of our customers for an enhanced user experience. Key Responsibilities: Schedule, prioritize & manage Deloitte in the roll-out of the new CIAM solution and integration with the portals, first being EngineWise Connect Act as the project lead and work with vendors, application, security, legal, and compliance teams to develop the best user experience for our customers Facilitate the technical and end user experience evaluation of key features & requirements requested by the business / customers Work closely with the Deloitte and ForgeRock to gain a technical understanding of the solution and assist in implementation, registration, workflow design, wireframe, and overall roll-out of the product Facilitate multi-team workshops to collect business & technical requirements & be the liaison between DT and the business Gain a reasonable understanding of the current tool, process, team, and workflow to better understand the desire & need for a better solution Work closely with legal, ITC and portal owners to improve the overall process & steps required when setting up new users / companies Identity Registration, Identity Management, Access Management Basic Qualifications: BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or Information Systems and 8 years of combined experience in the fields of Application Development, System Design/Architecture, Product Management, and/or Identity & Access Management; OR an Advanced Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or Information Systems with 5 years of combined experience in the fields of Application Development, System Design/Architecture, Product Management, and/or Identity & Access Management US Citizenship is required due to government contracts Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading technical teams and projects Experience with CIAM application attributes, role/attribute based access controls, access control matrix, or privileged access management is desired but not required Knowledge of CIAM technologies and concepts including: directory services, federated services, single sign-on (SSO), multifactor authentication (MFA), access management (RBAC/ABAC), privilege access management, provisioning, attestation, and certification Problem solving and analytical abilities including the ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and apply sound business knowledge Collect and document business and technical requirements for all aspects of the project Translate business requirements into a technical specification to be used by the project team Candidate must have demonstrated leadership of successful process improvement initiatives. Demonstrated focus on process development and implementation that spans organizational boundaries. Ability to effectively influence and direct the actions of those not within the direct reporting chain is essential Generate, develop test plans to ensure project delivers on requirements and is compliant for any audit requirements Host workshops with stakeholders and SME's, technical and business Production of documentation to support the project by means of user guides, awareness campaigns, knowledge base articles and training programs Maintain documentation solution, for ongoing maintenance and support of the platform Automation of operational tasks Escalate incidents that are higher than standard risk and/or technical complexity Ability to learn and operate in a dynamic environment Ability to demonstrate analytical expertise, close attention to detail, excellent critical thinking, logic, and solution orientation and to learn and adapt quickly Experience in leading a consulting-based project Oracle database knowledge (SQL, basic administration) Azure Cloud Services knowledge Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Java) What is my role type?
