Are you ready to go beyond?The Pratt & Whitney Service Excellence organization is looking for an IT Service Management Business Analyst to support the Pratt & Whitney DT user base in ideation, requirements gathering, and documentation of business process and request catalog workflow requirements as they move towards development in the ServiceNow ITSM tool.The analyst will define requirements and process flows, working closely with business partners to translate business needs into workable development documentation for the service catalog, knowledge-base, and other ServiceNow applications.This position will work closely with process owners and managers throughout the organization to assist with process maturity, improvement, and training in proper usage. The right candidate will be comfortable meeting with stakeholders throughout the organization to recognize business needs and areas for improvement, as well as train in proper process and functionality. Responsibilities Include:Act as subject matter expert in the Request Management process and how it functions within ServiceNowFunction as primary point of contact within the DT organization for request catalog management and development through the Intake, Ranking, Development and Testing phasesPerform requirements gathering and oversight for Service Management / ServiceNow projects as neededHold workshops and trainings with Pratt & Whitney users in catalog functionality and proper usageHold meetings with the demand and development teams to ensure Pratt & Whitney requirements are recognized and prioritized in development sprintsRecord and track updates/status across various initiativesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with 5+ years of professional experience OR Advanced degree with 3+ years of professional experience.US Citizenship required.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge and experience in usage and implementation of ITIL 4 practices.Results-oriented with strong written and oral communication including presentation skills and customer focus.Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM toolset.Business acumen, including strong analytical skills and ability to negotiate and influence.Independent leader with excellent internal network of key resources to ensure delivery on results with a sense of urgency.Familiarity with agile development helpful.Familiarity with technical documentation standards.ITIL or similar Service Management Certification desired.ServiceNow certifications such as system administrator helpful but not required.What is my role type?In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work.
