Are you ready to go beyond?SummaryPratt & Whitney Aftermarket Supply Chain is seeking to fill the position of 30K Repair Supply Chain SIOP Lead.This position will lead development and implementation of a repair demand/capacity management process for 30K engine components.This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a process that allows clear understanding and communication of repair demand profiles and capacity needs to support network requirements.Candidate will identify repair delivery risks and coordinate will full cross functional team to drive mitigation activities to ensure the repair network is set up to support delivery.The candidate who fills this role will work closely with other teams across the value stream, and systematically identify potential network repair issues through development of leading indicators and operating rhythm activities.As such, an ability to work in collaborative, process driven environment will be key. In addition to capacity risks, candidate will also develop cost control strategies that are supported by detailed action plans across the repair network. A successful candidate will demonstrate to plan and implement strategic projects that will drive value within the program.The ability to meet or exceed plans with full compliance to the passport process will be key. Must have strong focus on results, forward thinking and analytical competencies.Should have strong financial, business development and customer/supplier relationship background experience. The individual should also possess very strong program management skills and able to drive lean initiatives across the department.Key responsibilities include:Daily management of repair forecast demand profiles across the network taking into account all network learnings and activities.Daily management of capacity profiles across the supply base, allowing for proactive identification and mitigation of components with delivery risks. Create and develop business process for repair capacity management and repair SIOP, including integration of new digital technology projects to support and simplify efforts. Development of leading indicators to proactively identify repair capacity risks.Operate in the role of primary sponsor/change agent of the implementation of lean methodologies and tools throughout the organization. Drive CORE and process improvements; As well as establishment of standard work across the department Interaction between Strategic Sourcing, Materials Management, Customer Serviceable Assets (CSA), IPMT, AIPT, CAIPT will be required on an as needed basis to support repair SIOP goals and initiatives.Prepare and present regular updates to executivesEnsure compliance with all Export/Ethics, corporate policies, and other initiativesExpected travel: 10-20% (Must have or be capable of obtaining a valid US passport to support travel as needed)Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in aftermarket industry supporting operations, sales or supply chain (purchasing, sourcing, contracts) management;OR Advanced degree with 7+ years of experience in aftermarket industry supporting operations, sales or supply chain (purchasing, sourcing, contracts) management.U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status (Green Card) required due to government contractsPreferred Qualifications:BS/MS in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Finance preferredAftermarket Supply Chain, Sourcing or Procurement backgroundFamiliarity with NGPF engines and partsSome engineering or relevant technical backgroundPMP or other project management related experience preferredExecutive presentation skills requiredLeadership skills and ability to influence stake holders without managerial authorityExtensive partnership development and sustainment experience preferredDemonstrated self-sufficiency and experience with Microsoft Office and related programsExperience in negotiating pricing and supplier contractsSAP experience with a focus on purchasing/related document flowWhat is my role type?In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work.
