Job Description:
Manages the administration of employment lifecycle
documentation, benefits, and HRIS. Collaborates on workplace
investigations, onboarding/offboarding, compensation analysis, and
benefits planning.Manages the administration of all employment
documentation throughout the lifecycle of employment such as
unemployment, payroll, leave management, and workers
compensation.Responsible for benefits administrations and internal
customer service related to benefits administration.Ultimately
responsible for the accuracy and data collection related to the
HRIS system.Partners with Employee Relations Manager on workplace
investigations and the success of onboarding and offboarding
employees.Partners with the Director of TEC to create systems for
compensation brackets and equity analysis as well as benefits
renewal and plan design analysis.Bachelor's Degree in human
resources management or businesses related field.SHRM certification
preferred.Change management certification preferred.3 years HR
generalist is experience.Experience with benefits management and
open enrollment processing.Must have the ability to adapt and
embrace change with an internal and external customer centric
mindset.Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong
commitment to technology advancement.Excellent communication and
presentation skillsHighest level of professionalism with the
ability to maintain confidentiality.
