Technology is looking for a highly motivated and experienced leader
to join our team as a Digital Maintenance, Repair and Overall DMRO
Program Team Manager. This position is responsible for strategy and
execution of ASE activities related to the overall Digital
Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Program. -This role includes
direct management of a team of technologists, data scientists,
methods, and other engineers working to develop and implement new
technology and digital solutions. This is a highly visible position
and one in which you will directly impact PW bottom line. You will
integrate directly with PW leaders on the enterprise-wide Model
Based Engineering (MBE) and Product Life Digital Thread (PLDT)
initiative working to transform PW. You will directly contribute to
the recovery of double-digit ROS across the business.Key
Responsibilities:Deliver digital and physical technology solutions
enabling secure collection, processing, storage, and availability
of part data, with a focus on fielded part data.Oversight of the
ASE Inspection Cell at Commercial Serviceable Assets (CSA) in
Dallas, TX, a critical point of data collection and an incubator
for development of new visual inspection technologies.Responsible
for managing ASE DMRO budgets and CapEx budgets on the order of
$15M YoY.Collaborate with the Aftermarket Operations (AMO)
Technology Council, to ensure alignment of efforts across AMO
Business Units, and serve as the primary point of contact for
DMRO.Ensure alignment of DMRO methodology with MBE and PLDT
initiatives and develop a digital infrastructure that supports
these initiatives long term.Ensure the DMRO strategy and data
collection methods enable ready data utilization by engineering and
support organizations, to improve analytical predictions of part
life, expand serviceable and repairable limits, and improve
forecasting.Support transition of developed technology and data
collection methodology into AMO shops.Collaborate with the ASE
Technology Manager, ASE Technology Program Manager, and experts as
needed to advance this and related initiatives.Assist the ASE
management team to determine the strategic path for the
organization and provide leadership to achieve those strategic
goals as related to DMRO.As direct manager of a team, this position
includes all typical associated responsibilities for developing a
high performing and engaged team.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's
Degree in technical field and minimum 12 years prior relevant
experience, or an Advanced Degree in technical field and minimum 10
years' experience3+ years of direct supervisory experience within a
multi-disciplinary team environmentUS Citizenship required due to
government contractsAbility to maintain a security
clearanceApproximately 10% travel, including InternationalPreferred
Qualifications:15+ years' experience in engineering, program
management, customer service, aftermarket, or operationsMasters in
Management, or MBA DegreeDemonstrated ability to work independently
and manage multiple tasksDemonstrated effectiveness in working
across functions, organizations, and managementStrong interpersonal
and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to develop
effective working relationshipsCost and schedule management
