you ready to go beyond? The F135 Fleet Readiness, Configuration and
Technical Management organization supports Sustainment contracts
for the F135 engine which powers the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter and
has a rare opportunity for a key leadership position for a Fleet
Metrics Manager leading the Fleet Metrics Team. The Fleet Metrics
Team is responsible for ensuring Non-Mission Capable (NMC) hours
are correctly calculated and reported and the top NMC metric
drivers are understood to facilitate achieving/maintaining
performance targets. In this position you will manage a small team
of dedicated employees that reviews and reports the detailed
aircraft statuses across all F135 production sites. Data
verification to ensure accuracy in reporting is essential to this
role. You will work with a variety of subject matter experts from
across PW’s F135 team to ensure accuracy in the daily NMC status
report and monthly data uploads to a software visualization tool
(QLIK). You will also build relationships with the F-35 Joint
Program Office (JPO), Rolls-Royce and Lockheed Martin. This
position requires effective communication with multiple government
customer contacts as well as various functional groups and
executive leadership within Pratt & Whitney. What You Will Do Team
Leadership - Manage a small but high-impact team of dedicated
employees that reviews the detailed aircraft statuses across all
F135 sites to report Non-Mission Capable (NMC) hours and
percentages Stakeholder Communication - Provide timely and accurate
NMC information through written and verbal briefs/communications to
both internal and external stakeholders to status the health and
sustainability of the F135 fleet propulsion systems
Cross-functional Collaboration - Support and present in monthly NMC
adjudication meetings with Rolls-Royce, Lockheed Martin & F-35
Joint Program Office. Work with other functional groups to support
understanding of NMC data and drivers Commitment to Quality -
Careful attention to details and ability to meet deadlines is
crucial to this position as reports are distributed daily to
internal and external stakeholders across the F-35 enterprise.
Conduct ad hoc data gathering as needed for both internal and
external customers Transformation – Transition to more automated
and less manual fleet status reporting Business Acquisition -
Assist with contract negotiations 10% travel Qualifications You
Must Have Bachelor’s Degree 10 years of engineering,
business/project management, operations management, or supply chain
/ logistics experience, along with proficiency with Microsoft Excel
and ability to learn data visualization software (QLIK) or An
advanced degree with 7 years of business/project management,
operations management, or supply chain / logistics experience Must
be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to
systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US
citizenship Qualifications We Prefer Previous experience as a
People Leader (direct supervisor) for salaried employees 1 years of
experience with P&W Military Engines functional organization
structure At least 3 years of Managerial, Leadership or Supervisory

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily
onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as
they are essential to the development of our engines. Not

remote. The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000
USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several
