currently seeking a dynamic, highly-skilled Senior PCB Designer to
join our innovative Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for designing and implementing complex printed circuit
boards (PCBs) that meet the technical and functional requirements
of our cutting-edge products. This role will provide you with the
opportunity to work closely with a team of engineers and
technicians to develop and implement design strategies that enhance
product performance, durability, and overall functionality.
Responsibilities: Design and layout complex, multi-layer PCBs using
CAD tools, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to industry
standards. Generate and maintain PC board Bill of Materials (BOM)
and manage proto processing. Collaborate with the engineering team
to define PCB design parameters and requirements. Implement and
manage electro/mechanical components and drafting methods within
the design process. Oversee PCB fabrication processes to ensure
quality and efficiency. Conduct thorough testing and analysis of
PCB designs, documenting results and making necessary modifications
to enhance performance. Ensure all PCB designs meet the required
safety and environmental standards. Keep up-to-date with the latest
PCB design methodologies, tools, and industry trends. Provide
technical support and guidance to junior PCB designers and other
team members. Qualifications: Associates degree in Electrical
Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of
experience in PCB design, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in CAD tools for PCB design and layout. Demonstrated
experience with PC board BOM, proto processing, electro/mechanical
components, and drafting methods. Extensive knowledge of PCB
fabrication processes and industry standards. Strong analytical
skills, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to
work effectively in a collaborative environment. Ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. A
commitment to continuous professional development and staying
