Supplier Manufacturing and Quality Engineers to join our
organization. We are seeking experienced and versatile Engineers to
support manufacturing of P&W parts at designated suppliers.
This individual is expected to develop strong relationships with
suppliers(s) in order to drive expected quality, delivery and cost
performance. Activities to include, design for manufacturability,
validation of manufacturing processes, ensuring that products meet
design and quality requirements. This position will report to the
Global Supply Chain Operational Excellence (OpX) organization. What
you will do: \n Drive Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and
assess Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) within P&W Supply
Base. \n Support MSEN suppliers with manufacturing methods. \n
Identify and provide recommendations that will lead to stronger
process control, an increase in product throughput and a decreased
quality risk signature at suppliers. \n Provide manufacturing
producibility feedback to P&W's Integrated Product Team (IPT).
\n Evaluate engineering changes and be the voice of Operations in
technical reviews that establishes the MRL advancement plan and
certification. Includes evaluations on tooling, equipment and
inspection requirements. \n Provide manufacturing support for
supply issues & troubleshoot quality challenges. \n Maintain and
drive continuous improvements to manufacturing standard work,
ensuring alignment with customer requirements and systemic audit
findings. \n \n Qualifications You Must Have: \n Bachelor's degree
in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace
Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience; or an
advanced degree with 3 years of experience. \n The ability to
obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance \n
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible
for a security clearance \n \n Qualifications We Prefer: \n
Experience working in an external supplier environment. \n Detailed
knowledge of principles and practices of manufacturing engineering,
including process planning and development, tool selection, and
work holding principles. \n Technical experience in manufacturing
jet engine components, such as machining, sheet metal, forging,
casting, airfoils, or special processing technology. \n Knowledge
of manufacturing and inspection methods, process controls, and
understanding of Lean or Six Sigma tools is preferred. \n Root
Cause Analysis (RCA) experience. \n \n What is my role type? In

environment. This role is: Onsite: Employees who are working in
Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all
production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the
development of our engines. The salary range for this role is
82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith
estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a

structure and benefits will apply. RTX anticipates the application
