Job Description:
Well-established firm in the HVAC industry is looking for an
experienced customer focused professional with experience in the
heating and cooling field. Our client is offering a collaborative
work environment, strong client base, good quality of life with

Location: Onsite in Latham, NY Salary: $85,000 - 105,000 Benefits:
Company sponsored contributory 401K plan, Contributory health plan,
paid holidays and vacation, life insurance Hours: M-F 7:00 am-3:30
pm or 7:30 am-4:00 Primary responsibilities include: Management of
the technicians scheduling Frequent interaction with existing and
potential customers on any issues related to HVAC preventative
maintenance, repairs, and replacement Maintaining proper
documentation for both internal and external use Handling daily
office operations which may include purchasing, accounting, and
maintaining facilities Business development Special projects,
implementation, and process improvements Qualifications: Minimum of
5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, or industrial systems
maintenance/installation (chillers, boilers, etc.) Experience with
maintaining strong client relationships Leadership experience
Excellent communicative and organizational skills MS Office;
ideally some additional experience in QuickBooks or an accounting
