Details Job Details: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Civil Engineer to be a part of our dynamic team. This permanent
position offers a unique opportunity to participate in high-profile
projects that shape the future of our community and beyond. The
successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design,
development, and management of infrastructure projects. They will
be responsible for all aspects of site design, including permitting
and zoning. This role requires a Professional Engineer (PE) license
and at least 5 years of experience in the engineering industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop comprehensive design plans for various
infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, and
water supply systems. 2. Conduct site investigations to ensure the
feasibility of proposed construction projects. 3. Prepare and
present detailed reports on the progress and completion of projects
to stakeholders. 4. Handle the permitting process, ensuring all
necessary paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
5. Oversee zoning regulations and compliance, liaising with local,
state, and federal authorities as necessary. 6. Collaborate with
architects, contractors, and other professionals on project design
and implementation. 7. Utilize design software and drawing tools to
create clear, visually compelling project plans. 8. Implement and
manage project changes and interventions to achieve project
outputs. 9. Ensure projects run smoothly and structures are
completed within budget and on time. 10. Ensure all work is carried
out in line with company procedures and adheres to professional and
quality standards. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil
Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. 2. A
valid PE (Professional Engineer) license. 3. Minimum of 5 years of
experience in Civil Engineering or a related field. 4. Extensive
knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD,
Civil 3D, or similar. 5. Proven track record of managing a project
from conception to completion. 6. Familiarity with design standards
and regulations. 7. Excellent knowledge of construction methods and
regulations. 8. Strong understanding of the permitting and zoning
process. 9. Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 11. Strong
problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 12. Ability to
work independently and as part of a team. 13. Demonstrated ability
to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Interested in
