Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A school district in Belmont, MA is seeking a dedicated
Special Education Teacher to provide exceptional instructional
support to students with diverse learning needs. This contract
position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative
educational environment focused on fostering student growth and
inclusion. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement
individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students
specific needs. - Collaborate with general education teachers and
support staff to create an inclusive classroom environment. -
Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies to
achieve learning goals. - Maintain accurate records of student
performance, behavior, and interventions. - Communicate effectively
with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams. -
Participate in professional development activities to stay current
with best practices in special education. Qualifications &
Experience: - Valid state certification in Special Education. -
Experience working with students who have a range of disabilities,
including learning, emotional, and physical challenges. - Strong
knowledge of behavior management techniques and differentiation
strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. -

Location: - Belmont, Massachusetts This contract role provides an
