Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
is for a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing
services at an elementary school. The role involves working three
days per week with a caseload primarily consisting of students in
grades 2 through 4. The position begins in February and covers the
remainder of the school year, concluding mid-June. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy services tailored
to the needs of elementary students. Assess, plan, and implement
individualized treatment plans for students with communication
disorders. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to
support student progress. Maintain accurate records and
documentation in compliance with school policies and state
regulations. Qualifications: Valid SLP certification (CCC
preferred). Experience working with elementary-aged children,
particularly grades 2-4. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
effectively. Location: New Britain, CT Schedule: Part-time, 3 days
per week. This contract role offers an excellent opportunity for a
qualified SLP to make a meaningful impact during a leave coverage
