Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior
Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A specialized role is
available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support
a K-12 school serving students with severe disabilities and autism
in the Milford, DE area. This full-time, contract position runs
through June 12, 2026, with working hours Monday through Friday,
37.5 hours per week. Key responsibilities include: Conducting
Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior
Support Plans (BSPs) Participating in crisis intervention,
including de-escalation and crisis team involvement Collaborating
with educational teams to set and support behavior goals aligned
with IEPs Assisting staff and students with behavioral needs and
supporting data collection Qualifications and experience: Active
and valid DE licensure/certification as a BCBA (proof of current
certification required) Experience working with individuals with
severe disabilities and autism, ranging in age from 2 to 22 years
Strong skills in behavioral assessment, crisis intervention, and
behavior support planning Ability to work collaboratively with
educators, staff, and families Location: Milford, Delaware onsite
