experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our team in

and timely completion. The position emphasizes hands-on leadership,
effective coordination of crews, budget management, and clear
communication with clients and internal teams. Based in

while working on a consistent pipeline of projects. Key
Responsibilities Oversee commercial and industrial roofing projects
from award through closeout in Poughkeepsie. Develop and maintain
project schedules and budgets, adjusting as needed to meet
deadlines and financial goals. Coordinate subcontractors, crews,
inspections, and material deliveries while enforcing safety and
quality standards. Manage change orders, project records, and
closeout documentation with accuracy. Maintain proactive
communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure
project expectations are met. Supervise multiple active projects
simultaneously, anticipating and resolving issues before they
affect timelines or costs. Mentor and guide field staff to ensure
adherence to company policies and project quality. Requirements
Proven experience in managing commercial roofing or construction
projects. Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems,
materials, and installation techniques. Demonstrated ability to
manage crews, schedules, and multiple projects efficiently. Solid
skills in cost control, documentation, and problem-solving.
Excellent communication, client relations, and interpersonal
