E-Commerce Coordinator Mahwah, NJ | Full-Time | Onsite We’re
looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our
team as an E-Commerce Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone
who wants to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations
across major retail platforms. Key Responsibilities: Create and
update product listings across various platforms (Walmart, Target,
BestBuy, Home Depot, Shopify, TikTok) Support dropship processes
and help monitor inventory levels Assist with pricing updates and
adjustments Maintain and organize our product reviews database
Respond to internal and external email inquiries related to
inventory and product information Enter and manage inventory
updates through our system Complete ad hoc tasks as needed to
support e-commerce operations This is a detail-oriented role with a
strong emphasis on accuracy and organization. You'll be working
behind the scenes to keep product information consistent, current,
and optimized across all digital channels. What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic Excel skills (e.g.
sorting, filtering, basic formulas) A proactive and organized
mindset 1-3 years prior e-commerce experience Ability to work
