Sr. Associate, Risk Management serves as a subject matter expertise
(SME) and as an authority and credible challenge to management
regarding risk reporting, potential or emerging risks, and business
conformity with risk appetite, credit culture, and policies. The
incumbent ensures adherence to Risk programs and implements various
risk management processes and strategies for supporting
initiatives. - Supports governance and reporting functions to
ensure Committee context aligns with expectations and requirements.
- Demonstrates strong subject matter expertise and serves as an
authority and credible challenge to management regarding
governance, committee reporting, potential or emerging risks, and
business conformity with risk appetite, credit culture, and
policies. - Collaborates with ERM Management team and key
stakeholders to ensure timely completion of critical data and
content for reporting and program management - Conducts data
analysis and creates visualizations to report key messages -
Identify and support enhancements to risk monitoring and risk
reporting processes - Delivers industry best practices, tools,
guidance, and training to increase analytical capabilities and
output. - Ensures adherence to the policies and procedures
established by the company. - Leads ad-hoc risk initiatives across
the enterprise risk team in the US and Santander Group - Develop
applications with Microsoft Power Apps to meet business
requirements and streamline processes - Provides recommendations
and develops new MIS capabilities including enhanced reporting and

Finance, Management or equivalent, or equivalent work experience. -
Required. 9 Years Risk Management. - Required. - Strong risk
management principles, methodologies and tools, governance
principles and activity preferably in a financial services
environment. - Ability to independently operate in a complex,
matrixed environment; adept at delivering and maintaining
productive working relationships across business, functions,
geographies and lines of defense. - Ability to direct, train and
guide peers, subordinates and management. - Ability to handle
conflict resolution with other groups to ensure appropriate
accounting guidance is followed. - Ability to adjust to new
developments/changing circumstances. - Ability to convey a sense of
urgency and drive issues/projects to closure. - Ability to
effectively interact with executive management - Ability to adapt
and adjust to multiple demands and competing priorities. -
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the
ability to adapt to various audiences. - Excellent analytical,
organizational and project management skills. - Strong project

Need To Know: The base pay range for this position is posted below
and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions
(non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The
exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training,
licensure and certifications and location. Base Pay Range Minimum:
