Accounts Payable Manager Summary Description: The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the accounts payable processes and ensuring accurate, timely payments to vendors and suppliers. This role will monitor and analyze accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. The Accounts Payable Manager will also provide guidance to accounts payable staff. Key Responsibilities: Review vendor invoices for accuracy and coding Ensure timely and accurate processing of payment. Review monthly credit card activity and posting Develop transaction allocations for various sites Maintain calendar of monthly expenses Assist with 1099 year-end process for consultants Upload positive pay to banks Supervise AP Specialists and Purchasing Agent
