Accounts Payable Processor Location: Tarrytown, NY (Hybrid - Remote on Mondays and Fridays) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Processor to support a growing accounting team during a leave coverage. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment and has strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience working within multiple accounting systems and be comfortable managing high-volume wire transactions and vendor reconciliations. Key Responsibilities: Process weekly wires, including high-dollar international transfers Issue approximately 10 checks per week (printed via CitiBank) Work across multiple entities with separate AP inboxes Reconcile payments to approximately 50 trucking vendors Track invoice approvals across different owner approval processes Manage transactions primarily in Delta software (80%) and QuickBooks (20%) Handle all invoices in USD Collaborate with a detail-oriented accounting manager and communicate effectively with ownership Qualifications: Prior AP experience, preferably in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry Experience using QuickBooks and familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple processes Comfortable in an open, collaborative office setting
