Are you ready to go beyond? The P&W Earned Value Analysis and Reporting organization is looking for a self-motivated and disciplined individual to join its team as a Program Analyst. This position provides the candidate with a unique opportunity to build and demonstrate leadership skills through interface and work with the Program Management Office and Engineering.The Program Analyst provides guidance and analysis in the areas of Project Management, Budgeting, Scheduling, and Variance Analysis used in the execution of the new F135 EEP (Enhanced Engine Package) Military Program. They will provide leadership, guidance, and communication between CIPT/IPT budget owners and the Core Program and Finance teams including in support of Monthly Program Reviews, Program Risk Reviews, and the preparation of internal and government required performance reports. The candidate will become an integral part of the F135 military engine program management team.Qualified candidates must be able to communicate effectively and coordinate between a diverse team of individuals. Strict attention to detail and a customer satisfaction focus is required to ensure the team meets the aggressive demands of military compliance programs.Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide project management guidance to program team to ensure adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidelines
    • Facilitate monthly data reconciliation
    • Compile compliant monthly Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Report (IPMDAR) approved by the Program Manager and provide to the external customer
    • Actively support monthly and annual Program Estimate At Completion (EAC) reviews
    • Support on-going compliance reviews and periodic process audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Review)Basic Qualification:
      • BS/BA degree required. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred
      • A minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience with a University Degree, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience required
      • Strong analytical and trending skills high proficiency of MS Excel is expected
      • Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint
      • Must be U.S. citizen due to Government contractsPreferred Qualifications:
        • EVMS experience
        • Knowledge of P&W Program Management toolsets (SAP, Primavera, wInsight)
        • Problem-solving initiative and knowledge of continuous improvement principles (e.g., CORE)
        • Demonstrated effectiveness in working across functions, organizations, and various levels of management
        • Strong oral and written communication skills and professional demeanor
        • Comfortable executing under the pressures of a dynamic environment
