Job Summary: We are looking for an Automotive Bookkeeper to join our growing team! The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. The Automotive Bookkeeper will assist the Office Manager with the following duties:

• Post daily bank transaction to general ledger
• Daily bank reconciliation
• Payoff Vehicles that are on floorplan
• Check for Compliance
• Book deals into accounting
• Calculate sales commissions
• Reconcile general ledger accounts on a weekly basis
• Submit all aftermarket contracts
• Process refund checks
• Run daily positive pay file
• Other duties as assignedBenefits
