The ideal candidate for this position will have an extensive background in data-driven analytics and proactively guiding business units to help them achieve strategic and financial objectives. This position has the ability to be hybrid 1-2 days per week.Major Areas of Responsibility:Daily management and develop financial team in the areas of AR, AP and General AccountingResponsible for month end close and financial statement reporting Prepare and present monthly executive reporting packageStrategic planning and forecastingManage company budget to maximize revenue and identify potential risk and opportunitiesCapex planning and fixed asset trackingInventory analysis including trends, excess & obsolete and monitoring cycle count results Working closely with Engineering on accuracy of method of manufacturing, labor, and overhead rates for standard rollCollaborate with cross functions teams on companywide priorities and projectsSupporting HR/Benefits team on strategies and execution of policiesUpdating production boards with KPI's to drive results and employee engagementPromote continual process improvements including automation of accounting processes with technologiesRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required (MBA preferred)CPA preferred6+ years' financial management experience, working directly in an ERP preferred 5+ years' experience in a leadership role supporting manufacturing preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsResults-oriented and process-drivenImpeccable attention to detailPhysical Requirements:Must be able to sit/stand for prolonged periods of time.
